Redefine Your Geological Interpretation Workflows with Recon

What is RECON?
RECON is a next-generation, 3D geological software product that combines seismic, well logs and production data into an interactive, easy-to-use dynamic interpretation environment powered by its patented Cascade Technology® engine. RECON reduces your exploration and production workflow risks by focusing on ease of use, interpretation speed, and improved accuracy.

What is Cascade Technology®?
RECON's patented workflow acceleration tools enable you to interactively change your interpretation, or incorporate new data, and all 3D surfaces, cross-sections, thickness, and zone attribute maps will be immediately updated to reflect the changes. The effect on your workflow speed is dramatic and translates into higher quality interpretations, lower risk, and improved success.

What is RECON's impact on my Interpretation Workflows?
RECON's unique real-time workflows significantly reduces your geological interpretation cycle-time by turning tediously repetitive interpretation tasks into single button-click operations. RECON combines data from the geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and engineering disciplines into an easy-to-use, integrated interpretation environment designed to improve communication between all your team members, helping them make more informed decisions based on the most accurate and up-to-date information. Other applications are viewers, RECON is a doer.

Does RECON integrate into my environment?
RECON runs on both Windows and Linux. It can run as a standalone application on both desktop workstations and laptops. RECON offers seamless integration with Landmark's OpenWorks database and Landmark's SeisWorks and DecisionSpace applications, as well as Schlumberger's Petrel, enabling you to easily deploy RECON as a plug & play solution in your existing data management and application infrastructure.

AGM launches Recon® 4.3

AGM is announcing the commercial launch of RECON 4.3, a major release that delivers a step-change in productivity for the fundamental geologic interpretation component of modern E&P workflows.

RECON 4.3 empowers geologists to efficiently illuminate and test subsurface ideas with better interpretation tools, better data connectivity, and better large data management than ever before possible.

With reservoirs becoming increasingly geologically complex and project timelines becoming tighter, RECON 4.3 helps geologists meet deadlines without compromising quality.
